We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. 

Please use our order form to calculate exact shipping costs for your order. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. 

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund. 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Cargo Road Wines uses a third party delivery service and therefore delivery timeframes are an approximation, they cannot be and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Cargo Road Wines accepts no liability for any loss or damage including loss of profits and/or any special or other indirect or consequential damage, however caused (including by negligence) which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your delivery. Further, Cargo Road Wines excludes any condition or warranty that would otherwise be implied into these Terms and Conditions.
