This aged Gewürztraminer shows how gracefully the variety can evolve in bottle, with time bringing greater depth and integration to its naturally expressive character. What begins as an intensely aromatic wine has softened into a more layered and harmonious style, while still retaining its signature perfume.
On the nose and palate, lifted notes of spice, lychee, musk and rose water remain, now joined by developed characters of dried apricot, candied citrus and a subtle honeyed richness. The texture has broadened, offering a round, almost silky mouthfeel, while the acidity has mellowed into a gentle structure that carries the wine through a long, balanced finish.
Aged Gewürztraminer is both distinctive and rewarding, pairing beautifully with richly spiced dishes, roast poultry, or washed rind cheeses, and equally suited to slow enjoyment on its own when something aromatic and contemplative is desired.

What is the best way to store our wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 12–18°C. Wines sealed with corks are best stored on their side to keep the cork from drying out. With the right conditions, your wines will continue to develop and age beautifully over time.
Cellar door pick-up or local delivery?
You’re welcome to collect your order from our cellar door during opening hours, 11am to 5pm.
Our team is generally on site from 9am so if you’re planning to arrive in the morning, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
