Ripe berry fruit and blood plum flavours
This Merlot shows deep crimson hues in the glass, opening into a soft, generous expression of ripe berry fruit and blood plum. The aromatics are inviting and plush, with dark fruit carrying through from nose to palate.
On the palate, the wine is smooth and rounded, with gentle tannins and excellent length that give it a satisfying sense of structure without feeling heavy. It’s an easy wine to enjoy now, yet with enough depth and balance to reward time in the cellar over the next 8 to 10 years.
A natural food wine, it pairs beautifully with roast pork or duck, or simply enjoyed at the kitchen table with good company. Approachable, comforting and quietly generous, this is a wine made for relaxed moments and shared meals.

What is the best way to store our wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 12–18°C. Wines sealed with corks are best stored on their side to keep the cork from drying out. With the right conditions, your wines will continue to develop and age beautifully over time.
Cellar door pick-up or local delivery?
You’re welcome to collect your order from our cellar door during opening hours, 11am to 5pm.
Our team is generally on site from 9am so if you’re planning to arrive in the morning, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
