This Cabernet Merlot blend brings together Cabernet clone SA125 and Merlot clone D3V14 in a balanced expression of ripe fruit and gentle structure. The nose opens with inviting berry fruit, layered with notes of cassis and subtle earthy tones.
On the palate, the wine is smooth and clean, offering long, mouth filling flavours that feel generous without being heavy. It has enough character to satisfy the seasoned wine drinker, while remaining approachable and easy for those just beginning their wine journey.
A natural food wine, it pairs beautifully with lamb or a char grilled steak. With time in the cellar, it will continue to develop over the next 8 to 10 years, though it is equally enjoyable now.

We do not have the facilities to take campers rubbish. Please take it with you, otherwise it will incur a fine.
