Cellar Door Tasting + Charcuterie board for Dad to enjoy. Priced $50
Open 11am - 5pm daily
An introduction to our range of cool climate wines, grown and made on site by vigneron and winemaker James Sweetapple. Your tasting is curated by our team, with a selection of wines tailored to your palate, while we guide you through the vineyard, the vintage, and the way we farm.
Slow down, take in the view, breathe in the air and taste the wines where they’re grown. Settle in overlooking the vines, enjoy your charcuterie board and let the afternoon unfold.
There is no set time limit on your visit. You’re welcome to relax and enjoy the space at your own pace.
We are dog friendly. Please be mindful we have a resident dog, Mina the kelpie, who may be around the cellar door.
Bookings are recommended on weekends and during busy periods.
We will mail a voucher to the shipping address provided. Vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Do I need to make a booking?
Bookings are highly recommended, especially on weekdays, as we may be out looking after the vines or sheep in the paddock. Booking ahead ensures we can be here and give you the time and attention you deserve throughout your visit and tasting. While we can accommodate walk-ins, we do prefer that you book ahead to avoid disappointment.

About Cargo Road Wines
Established in 1983 at 860 metres
on the sheltered northern slopes of Mount Canobolas, Cargo Road Vineyard is
planted on deep red basalt soils and remains proudly unirrigated. All of our
wines are estate grown. Sustainability has been at the heart of our farming
since the beginning, and in 2013 we adopted Holistic Management to further our
regenerative approach to viticulture, caring for the land we are privileged to
steward.
