Bright, precise and quietly confident, this cool-climate Riesling opens with steely acidity and lifted lime and grapefruit flavours. The palate is refined and restrained, offering clarity and focus rather than weight, making it a natural match for fresh seafood or Asian-inspired dishes.
With time in bottle, the wine has the ability to age and evolve, developing greater texture, mouthfeel and aromatic complexity, as our Rieslings have shown in past vintages.

Where do I dispose my rubbish?
We do not have the facilities to take campers rubbish. Please take it with you, otherwise it will incur a fine.
