Strawberries, cream and watermelon
This Rosé is a dry, vibrant expression made from Merlot, showing lifted notes of strawberry, soft cream and fresh watermelon. Bright acidity and a crisp finish keep the palate refreshing and precise, while the wine’s vibrant pink hue and lovely length bring generosity and ease.
Made from Merlot vines planted in 1983, among the oldest in the Orange region, this wine carries a quiet sense of history beneath its fresh, contemporary style. It is expressive yet restrained, offering balance, clarity and drinkability in equal measure.
Best enjoyed in the sun with friends, alongside salads, grilled prawns, ceviche, fish tacos or fresh and soft cheeses.

What is the best way to store our wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 12–18°C. Wines sealed with corks are best stored on their side to keep the cork from drying out. With the right conditions, your wines will continue to develop and age beautifully over time.
Cellar door pick-up or local delivery?
You’re welcome to collect your order from our cellar door during opening hours, 11am to 5pm.
Our team is generally on site from 9am so if you’re planning to arrive in the morning, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
