This full bodied Shiraz is made from dark skinned grapes and expresses a generous, fruit driven style with depth and warmth. Ripe dark berry flavours lead the palate, layered with dark cherry, rich ripe fruit and subtle dark chocolate, offering concentration without sharp edges.
While Shiraz is a key constituent of classic wines from the Côtes du Rhône and remains Australia’s most celebrated red variety, this expression leans into softness and fullness rather than overt spice. The palate is smooth and mouth filling, with confident weight and a long, comforting finish that feels balanced and assured.
This is a wine made for the table and for slow moments, pairing beautifully with hearty dishes, slow cooked meats or evenings that call for something grounding and satisfying.

What is the best way to store our wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 12–18°C. Wines sealed with corks are best stored on their side to keep the cork from drying out. With the right conditions, your wines will continue to develop and age beautifully over time.
Cellar door pick-up or local delivery?
You’re welcome to collect your order from our cellar door during opening hours, 11am to 5pm.
Our team is generally on site from 9am so if you’re planning to arrive in the morning, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
