Vibrant in colour and unmistakable in character, this Sparkling Zinfandel pours a striking plum hue with lifted, jammy fruit aromatics. It is the only Sparkling Zinfandel made in Australia and it proudly stands in a category of its own.
The palate is fine and well beaded, delivering layers of dark chocolate, rhubarb and bright raspberry, with a complexity that continues to unfold in the glass. On the nose, rich jammy fruit and Christmas cake characters shine through, everything you love about Zinfandel, reimagined with energy and lift.

What is the best way to store our wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 12–18°C. Wines sealed with corks are best stored on their side to keep the cork from drying out. With the right conditions, your wines will continue to develop and age beautifully over time.
Cellar door pick-up or local delivery?
You’re welcome to collect your order from our cellar door during opening hours, 11am to 5pm.
Our team is generally on site from 9am so if you’re planning to arrive in the morning, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
