Bright, precise and quietly confident, this cool-climate Riesling opens with lifted citrus blossom, green apple and fresh pear. Fine natural acidity runs through the wine, bringing vibrancy and clarity to the palate.
Refined and restrained, it offers poise and freshness rather than weight, making it a natural match for fresh seafood or lightly spiced Asian dishes.
With time in bottle, the wine will continue to evolve, developing greater texture, mouthfeel and aromatic complexity, as our Rieslings have shown in past vintages.

What is the best way to store our wines?
To preserve the quality of your wines, store them in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature between 12–18°C. Wines sealed with corks are best stored on their side to keep the cork from drying out. With the right conditions, your wines will continue to develop and age beautifully over time.
Cellar door pick-up or local delivery?
You’re welcome to collect your order from our cellar door during opening hours, 11am to 5pm.
Our team is generally on site from 9am so if you’re planning to arrive in the morning, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
